This policy explains what Toro Bravo Lawn collects when you use torobravo.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can control it.

Toro Bravo Lawn is a lawn care business serving cities across King, Pierce and Snohomish counties in Washington State.

What we collect
When you request a price we collect your name, mobile number, property address, the service you selected, the lawn size shown on the pricing slider when you submitted, and which page and ad you came from.
We also record technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring site or ad.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or store payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or government identification through this website. We do not collect precise device location.
Why we use it
- To measure your lawn from publicly available satellite imagery so we can quote without visiting.
- To text you that price and schedule the work.
- To perform and invoice the service you book.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in customers.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade your phone number or address.
Text messages and your consent
When you submit a form on this site with your mobile number, you are asking us to text you, and you consent to receive text messages from Toro Bravo Lawn about your quote, your appointment, and your service.
- Messages cover quotes, scheduling, arrival windows, weather reschedules, and follow-up about work performed.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP, or text the number above, to reach a person.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not sell it.
If you opt out, we may still need to contact you about work already scheduled or performed.
Cookies and tracking
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. When you visit this site or submit a form, information about that action, including your IP address, browser information, and the page and service you were viewing, may be sent to Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta uses this to report on our ad performance and to help us reach similar people.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out entirely with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking them will not stop you getting a price from us; you can always text us instead.
Who we share it with
- Hostinger hosts this website and its data.
- Pushover delivers new lead notifications to us so we can respond quickly.
- Meta Platforms and Google for the advertising and analytics measurement described above.
- Anyone we are legally required to share with, such as in response to a valid legal request.
How long we keep it
If you request a price and never become a customer, we keep the request and our texts for up to two years. If you become a customer, we keep service and billing records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax obligations, generally seven years.
Your choices and your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it except where we must keep records for tax or legal reasons. You can stop texts by replying STOP. Text or email us and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these choices.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we do not keep what we do not need, which is the most effective protection we can offer.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging service for a property. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
